If you need to return or exchange an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact form, stating your name, details, order number and reason for return.
All returns/exchanges will be made no later than 7 days from when your shipment is received.
All returns must be accompanied by Buyers Full Name and Address (This is the name appearing on the Invoice under “INVOICE/DELIVERY ADDRESS”), a daytime telephone number, the Invoice Number, and a brief description of the situation that needs to be resolved.
All items purchased must be in original condition with original packaging and re-packed to the same standard of protection as when the Buyer received them. Returned goods that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging will NOT be refunded, and will be returned to the Buyer. Due to the nature of the product, any e-liquid bottles that have been opened are none be refundable.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
All returns will be refunded to the account used for payment.
No refund allowed for any product after 7 days.
Electric Dew reserves the right to modify these terms/policies.
Damaged goods claims will be processed within 5 working days of notification, as will shortfalls in the order.
